Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during festive periods will be processed on the next working business day.

We offer shipping across India through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery generally takes between 4–8 business days depending on your location and courier service availability. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may vary for remote locations or due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed. From time to time, Astro Converse may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, public holidays, government restrictions, or courier service delays. In such situations, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and your order details so our support team can investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
